No cash refund and not redeemable for cash. No replacement for lost or stolen gift certificates. No refunds or returns accepted.

In accordance with Texas Business & Commerce Code §604.001, Sec. 604.152., If a gift certificate is redeemed in person to make a purchase and a balance of less than $2.50 remains following the redemption, at the consumer's request the seller shall refund the balance of the certificate in cash to the consumer.

In accordance with Texas Business & Commerce Code §604.101., Full value of the gift certificate will expire five years after the printed issue date on the certificate. The expiration date will also be noted on the certificate. After the expiration date, the certificate's value will decline by 10% each month until null.

Delivery of the gift certificate can be in the form of one of the following:

1). PDF sent to the requestors provided email address, please allow up to 48 hours for delivery.

2). Sent by USPS mail to the address supplied by the requestor, the certificate will be mailed within 48 hours of the request.

3). Pickup at Sacred Owl's Austin address during an agreed-upon time. Please contact Sacred Owl by phone to confirm a time.
